Aloha Palace Theater Patrons,

In light of the evolving COVID-19 (coronavirus) situation, we are diligently monitoring guidelines provided by the World Health Organization, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and local and state public health authorities, and will continue to follow their lead in the coming weeks. At this time, all Palace Theater performances and events will proceed as scheduled.

At this time there are no community cases known on our Island. Like you, we are continuously monitoring developments regarding the spread and impact of the coronavirus. The health and safety of all who enjoy this historic theater is our top priority.

We are complying with all directives from federal, state and local health and government authorities. Palace Theater staff are enforcing hygienic protocols to ensure the facility is disinfected, while making hand sanitizing stations available at the entrance to the auditorium.

Until further notice, all upcoming performances will operate under a restricted capacity to enable social distancing within the auditorium.

You can help by washing your hands frequently, and by covering your mouth when you sneeze or cough. If you are feeling ill, we ask that you please stay home. Refunds will be honored for patrons who have purchased tickets for any upcoming Palace Theater events and who no longer feel comfortable attending because of health concerns. There will be an option to transfer your purchased ticket into a tax-deductible donation to help support the theater during this time of economic turbulence, should you feel inclined.

If it becomes necessary to change our operating hours or cancel any performances, a statement will be issued via email and through our social media channels. We will also post updates on our website at www.hilopalace.com

Thank you,

Phillips Payson
