The Hawai’i International Film Festival returns to the Hilo Palace Theater with an exciting program of 7 feature length films and 2 Made in Hawai’i shorts programs. The Palace’s Opening Night presentation will take place on Thursday, November 18th at 7pm featuring the directors of the documentary WATERMAN.
