The Palace Theater is proud to present Justin Kawika Young live in concert for an intimate performance. Ticket sales support the on going mission of the Friends of the Palace Theater to restore, revitalize and sustain the historic Palace Theater as a venue that will educate, entertain and inspire our culturally diverse community. Born and raised in Hawai’i, Justin Kawika Young first found success in his island home. He accumulated eleven number-one hits on Hawai’i radio before relocating to Los Angeles. He quickly established a following in the local music scene there and connected with other singer/songwriters including Colbie Caillat, eventually joining her band. FIND OUT MORE >> 

Runway to Resilience Fashion Show – BISAC 60th Gala

The Big Island Substance Abuse Council (BISAC) is celebrating 60 years of Transformative Service with the RUNWAY TO RESILIENCE FASHION SHOW.

Calling all Talent!
The Palace Theater is looking for incredible local talent to show off your skills as part of the second annual family friendly variety show competition “A Night of Island Stars.”
Final contestants will perform as part of a full length variety show on Saturday, June 1st. The winner will be selected by a panel of 3 mystery judges, live on the night of the show and awarded the grand prize of $1,000. FIND OUT MORE>>

LIVE IN CONCERT!
Pō & the 4Fathers is a unique musical experience that delivers a lyrical message that is powerful and clear with a modern Kanaka Maoli perspective. The band is deeply rooted in Hawaiian culture, Polynesian rhythms, and indigenous sounds, as well as the music that has moved generations like reggae, soul, blues, funk, and hip hop. NĀ PALAPALAI LIVE

Nā Palapalai, the sweethearts of Hawaiian music return to the Historic Palace Theater featuring hula performances by Hilo’s own, Hālau a Keahilapalapa under the direction of Kumu Hula Naoho Kanahele. Kick off pre-Merrie Monarch festivities with this special night of Hula and Hawaiian music. Come early and shop at the show.
